- Current educators needs need to reflect on how to develop a flexible curriculum which allows learners to adapt their learning to 'their own' questions and motivations.
- Encouraging and support learning changes depending on the learners needs and interests, to be able to access skills, knowledge and information when and as learners need it.
- Learner is the teacher - Teacher is the learner

- Support the acquisition of key competencies, skills and knowledge
- Encourage positive values and attitudes to build positive relationship
- Empower all learners through building a growth mindset, perseverance and resilience
